Sharp Cookie
Like the name suggests, Sharp Cookie is a bakery that specializes in cookies of every shape, size, and number. Using special sheets of edible frosting, Sharp Cookie can cover your order with whatever logos and patterns you want no matter how complicated they might be. You can also have the expert chefs decorate a platter of cookies by hand for when you want that textured, homemade look. Sharp also offers classic cookie flavors like snickerdoodles and peanut butter, plus brownies that are plain or filled with all kinds of delicious ingredients. Best of all, they get their chocolate directly from Switzerland!
The Master’s Place
This bakery focuses on cupcakes the same way Sharp Cookie focuses on cookies. You can stop by at any time to try one of the dozens of cupcake flavors the bakery offers, or you can order a few for a special occasion that deserves a sweet treat. Some of the more exotic flavors include arroz con leche, key lime, hummingbird, mango, pistachio chocolate coconut, and cookie monster. You can also order an oversized cupcake-cake and wash down your order with something warm or cold off their drink menu.
Gufo di Milano
Gufo di Milano is an Italian café that offers plenty of espresso drinks and traditional Italian gelato. Gelato is a thick kind of ice cream, and which varieties they have depend on the season and which fresh fruits and ingredients are available. As for how they serve it, you can get your gelato in all the ways you’d want ice cream: a cup, a cone, a banana split, a sundae, a smoothie, and more. From the café’s kitchen, you can also get a cheesecake, a panino, traditional or modern pizzas, and sweet crêpes covered in all kinds of delicious toppings.
Hana Banana
Hana Banana is a local restaurant with two El Paso locations. It’s a crêpe shop where you can get ice cream and fruit loaded into a folded crêpe or else set on a warm waffle, or you can swap it out with savory ingredients like ham and bacon for an equally delicious breakfast. Along with crêpes and waffles, Hana Banana also serves banana shakes, smoothies, boba tea, cream soda, and more. You can order your food inside the store or pick it up at the drive-through.
Whether you prefer your sweet treats to be frozen solid, fresh from the oven, or a combination of the two, El Paso bakeries and restaurants can deliver. The desserts come from France, Italy, America, and Mexico, but all of them are equally delicious when it comes to satisfying your sweet tooth.
